Delete your MOKI account

You can request deletion of your MOKI account and the personal data associated with it.

To start the process, please email us at hello@meetmoki.com from the email address connected to your MOKI account. This helps us verify that the request is coming from you.

Once we verify your request, we will permanently delete your account, profile, puppy details, onboarding answers, training and experience progress, saved logs, reminders and notification devices from MOKI.

If you are signed in, you can delete your account yourself right away: open Account in the app and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Please note that limited transaction, payment, refund and tax records may be kept for as long as legally required. These are retained without your name or account identifier, and purchase records are not personal profile data.
