These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MOKI. By using MOKI, you agree to these Terms.

Service

MOKI provides digital puppy care, training and educational content, personalized guidance, progress tracking and related features.

MOKI provides general educational information only. It does not provide veterinary, medical or professional behavioral diagnosis or treatment.

Users are responsible for the care, supervision, safety and wellbeing of their puppy and for seeking qualified veterinary or professional behavioral help where appropriate.

MOKI should never be relied on in an emergency or urgent medical situation.

Accounts

Some features require an account. Users must provide accurate information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for activity that occurs under it.

Purchases and lifetime access

MOKI offers a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to premium features and content.

The purchase price is 8.99 USD, unless otherwise displayed at checkout.

This purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

“Lifetime access” means access for the operational lifetime of MOKI as a service and does not guarantee indefinite availability, unchanged features or permanent content.

Access is granted to the purchasing account only and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

Refunds

Purchases are governed by the Refund Policy available in MOKI.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse MOKI, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, or copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share paid content.

Intellectual property

MOKI content, materials, structure and branding are protected and remain the property of MOKI or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use MOKI content for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability

MOKI may be updated, modified, interrupted, limited or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, technical or operational reasons.

Disclaimer

MOKI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOKI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain statutory consumer rights.

Termination

Users may stop using MOKI and delete their account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, security risk or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available in the user's country of residence.

Changes

These Terms may be updated. The current version and effective date will be available through MOKI.
